I used to be serious runner in the mid 70's to the later 80's back then my 10K time's were any where from  29:30 to 32:00 min

Short-Term Running Goals:

I would like to run the Boston Marathon in 3hrs or less 

Long-Term Running Goals:

I would just like to stay healthy and keep running into my 70's

I am married and have 3 children one just grad. from college and the other two still in college I also love to play golf

5 am 4 miles easy was suppose to do 8 today but I have a golf tourn. Palo Verde/ Avalon loop hill run

5 am 9 mile tempo run on the treadmill at the club 7 miles at 7:03 per mile with 1 mile warm up and 1 mile cool down

today I ran a long run 18 miler @ about 8 min. pace. I started at 5am temp. was 78 degrees 

I felt pretty good for about 14 miles and then the sun came up and it got hotter and  had to slow down it seems like I over heat pretty fast I don't know what to do or how to train for it properly any one the answer for me please let me know ?
